1.  Brief Introduction
HPMC-Hydroxypropyl  Methyl Cellulose and Methyl Hydroxyethyl Cellulose and non-ionic cellulose ether made by natural high polymer cellulose as raw material and series of chemical processing.They are odorless,tasteless and non-toxic white powder, which can be dissolved in cold water to form a transparent viscous solution.Processing thickening,binding,dispersing,emulsifying,film coating,suspending,absorbing,gelling,surface activity,water maintaining and protective colloid properties. 

HPMC for Ceramic Extrusion Molding instructions: Extruded products are used for external walls, partitions, roofs and acoustic walls of buildings and are made from a mixture of cement, reinforcing fibres, aggregates, fibrous ethers and water.
The mixture is kneaded, then vacuum extruded and moulded into a vacuum or solid product and finally matured in a hot press.
The product is lightweight, strong, long-lasting, waterproof and easy to work with. With the addition of cellulose ether, it is possible to The result is a clay-like substance with a high degree of water retention, which is suitable for extrusion.

For binder in construction of ceramic facing material .
Because this product can improve water retention, plasticity and easy to plaster, in the use of cement mortar or ash mixed with cellulose ether products
The direct press-stick method is adopted in the construction of slurry, which not only greatly improves the working efficiency, but also has higher sticking strength than the traditional cement sand (ash) pulp.
